CANCELLATIONS/ NO SHOW POLICY/ BOOKING DEPOSITS
We understand that, from time to time, you may be unable to attend your dental appointment. If you are unable to keep to your appointment, or if you need to reschedule, please contact us (by phone or in person) as soon as possible.
Due to the extreme difficulty in filling treatment slots at the last minute, we require that cancellations/rescheduling/amendments to the intended treatment be put in at least 48 hours beforehand, to avoid a cancellation fee ($100). This fee will be added to your treatment bill (for late changes to treatment). Payment via interbank transfer is required within 3 days of the missed appointment.
NO fee will be incurred for a cancellation or appointment rescheduling – over the phone or in person – occurring 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment time.
If you have paid a booking fee ($200), this will not be refunded should you cancel 48 hours or less beforehand. Should you wish to rebook the treatment appointment, we will require a separate booking fee.
Due to high demand, ALL Saturday appointments (including new patient consultations) require a $50 advanced booking fee. This should be paid no later than 48 hours of making the appointment (only for phone/WhatsApp bookings) to secure the appointment. Your appointment will be released to another patient on our Saturday priority list if we do not receive the booking fee on time (payment in clinic or electronic bank transfer).
Booking fees must be paid in full to secure your chosen appointment.
Please let us know if circumstances beyond your control will prevent you from keeping your appointment. Appointments are in high demand, and an early cancellation will allow someone else access to timely dental care that they need and want.
