CANCELLATIONS/ NO SHOW POLICY/ BOOKING DEPOSITS
We understand that, from time to time, you may be unable to attend your dental appointment. If you are unable to keep to your appointment , or if you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
Any cancellation that occurs 48 hours or less before a scheduled appointment, or failure to show up for a scheduled appointment, will incur a $100 fee. This fee is non-refundable, and we expect payment via interbank transfer within 3 days of the failed appointment.
NO fee will be incurred for a cancellation or appointment rescheduling – over the phone or in person – occurring 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment time.
If you have paid a booking deposit, this will not be refunded should you cancel 48 hours or less beforehand.
Due to high demand, ALL Saturday appointments have a $50 advanced booking fee, and the $50 placed will be used to offset the fee for the treatment rendered.
Please let us know if last minute emergency circumstances beyond your control have prevented you from attending your appointment. Appointments are in high demand, and an early cancellation will allow someone else access to timely dental care that they need and want.
