Dental Assistants

Under the guidance of our patient doctors, she has been able to continuously improve her skills throughout her 2 years spent working here. Her vast experiences as a dental assistant has enabled her to efficiently help out the doctors during complicated procedures.

Mui Yen

Despite the short period spent working here, she has settled in well and built good rapport with the rest of the EDG team. What she enjoys most about working here is the team of colleagues who help her feel at home (but the new coffee machine comes as a strong contender too).

She enjoys the good work relationships between the doctors and the clinic staff. She appreciates the fact that the doctors seek to prioritise the well being of the staff, on top of the opportunities provided to upgrade her skills.

Clinic Manager

To her, the best part about working in EDG is the constant opportunity to learn new things, be it clinic operations or communication skills. In here two years of working here, she most appreciates how in Dr Gerald Tan consistently invests in upskilling her personally and professionally outside of her jobscope, allowing her to develop and grow.

Her favourite part about working here is the team – she loves her nice colleagues and appreciates the working environment. There is room to make mistakes and learn from them, and she likes how the boss is receptive to feedback.

Back Office

She enjoys the various training courses that are provided for the staff so that she can constantly upgrade her skills and serve the patients better. She also likes the organised system that the clinic has as well as the company of her fellow staff members which makes work less mundane for her.
